Currently there is no harmonised EU legislation to regulate the pest management sector. All across Europe there are significantly different approaches to the regulatory requirements for pest management professionals that allow them ‘’access to market’’ (e.g. training requirements, requirements to handle biocides, licences for fumigators, etc.).

CEPA has surveyed 16 European countries and created an interactive map of Europe providing information about applicable regulation. Click on a dark green country to explore this country’s regulation in more detail. Some references and hyperlinks to the sources are provided. The map also displays on your mobile devices.
