Currently there is no harmonised EU legislation to regulate the pest management sector. All across Europe there are significantly different approaches to the regulatory requirements for pest management professionals that allow them ‘’access to market’’ (e.g. training requirements, requirements to handle biocides, licences for fumigators, etc.).
